Building software that thinks with you
We started Relato because we were tired of business software that creates more work than it saves. So we're building something different — tools powered by AI that actually understand your business.
Our mission
To eliminate busywork from business. We believe every hour spent on manual data entry, repetitive tasks, and digging through records is an hour stolen from building relationships and growing your business.
AI changes everything. For the first time, software can understand context, predict needs, and take action. We're building the tools that make this real for everyday businesses.

What we believe
AI-First, Always
We don't add AI as an afterthought. Every feature is designed with intelligence at its core.
Radically Simple
Complex problems deserve elegant solutions. We obsess over removing friction, not adding features.
Human-Centered
Technology should amplify human potential, not replace it. We build tools that make people better at their jobs.
Speed Matters
Fast software, fast support, fast iteration. We move quickly because your time is valuable.
The Relato story
Relato was born from frustration. We watched service businesses struggle with software that promised to help but only created more work. CRMs that required hours of data entry. Scheduling tools that couldn't handle real-world complexity. Billing systems disconnected from everything else.
When AI became capable enough to understand business context, we saw an opportunity to rebuild these tools from scratch. Not to add a chatbot to old software, but to fundamentally reimagine what business tools could be.
We started with field service because it's where the pain is most acute — technicians on the road, dispatchers juggling schedules, customers waiting for updates. If we could make AI work here, we could make it work anywhere.
Today, we're expanding that vision with Relato CRM and more products to come. Each one built AI-first, designed to understand your business, and focused on eliminating the work you shouldn't have to do.
